Our weekly mowing services’ include:

While we offer a variety of services, we pride ourselves on our mowing and property maintenance. We use well-maintained equipment and regularly sharpened blades ensuring an even and fresh cut every time. Additionally, we care about your lawn and want to protect it. So while we maintain a regularly scheduled mowing route we will not compromise your lawn by mowing in the rain and creating muddy paths or ruts in your yard.
We also take into great consideration the time of season, if your lawn is brown and dormant in late summer we won't continue with service’s, that can be terribly unhealthy for your lawn. We will continue to skip until it is long and healthy enough to mow again.
SPRING/FALL CLEAN UP
Our clean-up services’ have a processes of dethatching, removing leaves, branches and other yard debris that has accumulated throughout your property including landscape beds through the entire winter season.
What is Dethatching?
Thatch is the layer of living and dead stems, roots, stolon's, and rhizomes between the green blades of grass and the soil surface. A thin layer of thatch (less than 1/2 inch thick) can be beneficial to the lawn because it helps to limit weed germination, reduce water evaporation, and protect from frost damage. However, thick thatch layers can prevent water, air, and nutrients from penetrating the soil, causing reduced root growth and increased potential for drought stress. Thatch also favors fungal growth and can harbor insect pests
SNOW REMOVAL
We all know Wisconsin winters can be beautiful but also very inconvenient, after the beauty of freshly fallen snow comes the laborious task of shoveling, this is where our team at Elite Property Maintenance is here to help.
Our Snow Removal services’ include clearing of all snow from driveways, sidewalks, and doorways. We also offer salting options for those interested. Additionally, we offer discounts to neighbors using our Snow Removal service as this also helps us provide timely service as soon as the snowfall stops.
ICE MANGEMENT
Elite Property Maintenance offers salting services to de-ice your driveway, sidewalks, or parking lots.
